What does an appointment look like?

Initial Appointment

An initial appointment may take up to 60 minutes or longer for more complex cases. During this time the provider will maintain a mindful presence while diving deep into your past life experiences and current struggles. Medical and mental health history including past treatments, medications, and lab work will be thoroughly reviewed.

Client goals of seeking care will be identified and an individual, collaborative treatment plan will be formulated. A follow-up timeframe will be established.

Follow-Up Appointment

Follow-up appointments will have an allotted time of 30 minutes, they may take longer or be done quicker depending on complexity. At this time the provider will review any current medication or supplement benefits or side effects. Talk therapy may start or continue.

Chief complaints and continued goals will be identified. Treatment recommendations will be continued or adjusted as needed.
